Employees Staff Setup
Complete these initial setup tasks before using Staff Scheduling.

Review and update your Users Settings:

Change your password.

Add contact information.

Set up staff notification preferences.

Designate preferred scheduling locations.

Set staff hour preferences.

Once you've completed your initial setup tasks, you are ready to use Staff Scheduling to manage your work schedule. You can:

Review your upcoming shifts. See the My Schedule topic for more information.

Post a scheduled shift to Available Shifts for another employee to pick up, look for a substitute, or notify your manager that you are calling off a shift. For more information, see the Post and Unpost a Shift for Available Shifts, Find a Substitute, and Call Off a Shift topics.

Pick up additional shifts that are either open or that a coworker posted. See the Pick Up a Shift topic for more information.
