Sandata Mobile Connect(SMC) is the easiest, most accurate way for you to confirm visit information quickly and easily to follow the rules of the 21st Century Cures Act.
The Sandata Mobile Connect app puts your clients and their needs right at your fingertips. This simple clock-in/clock-out system walks you through the steps to quickly document:

And if required, the tasks you completed, the client’s verification of the services they received, and any other information your agency requires you to gather.
The Sandata Mobile Connect app is available on both Apple and Android phones or tablets and provides Google Maps for directions, is available in many languages, and provides a paperless way to track time and duties.
