When the new Arkansas EVV program for Home Health Services launches, your caregivers likely need some assistance to get started. Please use the following items to help your caregivers with their visits.

Sandata Mobile Connect (SMC) is the easiest, more accurate way for you to confirm visit information quickly and easily to follow the rules of the 21st Century Cures Act.

The SMC app puts your recipients and their needs right at your fingertips. This simple clock-in/clock-out system walks you through the steps to quickly document the visit information.

Caregivers need to download and log in to the SMC app to record visit information.

If caregivers cannot successfully log in or cannot use the app for some reason, please provide them with guidance on how to record their visit information until they have SMC access.

If you cannot access Sandata Mobile Connect, you can use Telephonic Visit Verification (TVV) to enter visit information using the steps below:

  1. Call the toll-free number for your provider agency.

  2. Follow the prompts outlined in the Call Reference Guide.

  3. Enter the services provided, using the Service List numeric codes.
