Scheduling Location Managers

As a scheduling location manager, you can:

• Add new scheduling locations (if they do not sync from ProviderPro).

• Manage scheduling location information, such as the Scheduling Method (method for assigning employees to slots), the number of staff (slots) required per shift, whether shift swaps require approval and the corresponding review group or cost center in Service Log and Time Clock.

• Assign the qualifications that staff must have to work at a scheduling location and the number of staff that must have a particular qualification to work at that scheduling location.

• Create and manage shift templates. The schedule manager can use shift templates that the scheduling location manager designs to create the initial shifts for a week when establishing a new schedule for a scheduling location.
