What's New: Sandata Aggregator Release Notes
This release delivers targeted enhancements that improve authorization accuracy, strengthen security controls, and ensure greater consistency across Aggregator and Visit workflows.
-
Improved Authorization Date Accuracy – Aggregator Visit Review
The Aggregator Visit Review module has been enhanced to ensure authorization dates are displayed accurately and consistently. The Authorization tab now reflects dates from the active authorization record only, providing a clear and reliable view of the true authorization period. This improvement enhances clarity, aligns displayed dates with reporting and system records, and helps users review visits with greater confidence.
-
Improved MFA Controls – Aggregator Manage Users
The Aggregator Manage Users experience has been enhanced to ensure the Reset MFA option is shown only to appropriately authorized users. Reset MFA visibility is now consistently based on a user’s assigned privileges and MFA status, creating a cleaner interface and stronger alignment with security best practices. This update reinforces least‑privilege access, improves consistency with EVV behavior, and provides a clearer, more streamlined experience for all users.
-
Improved Authorization Selection and Accuracy – Visit Maintenance / Visit Review
The Visit Maintenance and Visit Review experiences have been enhanced to ensure visits are consistently linked to the correct active authorization based on the visit date and authorization period. The system now applies visit‑specific logic to select the appropriate authorization, eliminating reliance on generic results and ensuring the displayed authorization truly covers the visit date. This improvement reduces confusion during review, supports accurate billing, and ensures consistent visit‑to‑authorization alignment across both EVV and Aggregator.
-
Consistent Live‑In Caregiver Relationship Options – Aggregator XREF
The Aggregator XREF experience has been improved to ensure a consistent and predictable list of Live‑In Caregiver Relationship values when creating or editing XREF records. Users will now see the same set of options across both screens, with previously selected values displaying correctly during edits. This enhancement reduces confusion, supports accurate configuration, and ensures consistent behavior across agencies and states.
Reports with Reason Codes Now Include a Reason Code Legend
All Reports with Reason Codes now includes a Legend at the end of the report defining the Reason Codes. These reports are used in both EVV and in Aggregator, and availability depends on program configuration.
The legend has been added to the following reports:
