Client Care Manage Client Placements
In Client Care the client placement ties together the client and the placement. It determines the location where the client receives services from your agency. A client can receive multiple services from the same location or go to multiple location and receive the same service. Security permissions of which clients a user can see and select in Client Care are determined based on which placement (s) the client is part of.
You can manage which placements the client is part of via the Client Placement Tree or via the Client Placement card on the Agency tab of the Client screen. It is recommended to use the Placement Management Wizard instead to:

Assign the Client to a New Placement and End another Placement in One Step

Update or End Program Plans and Miscellaneous Data Collection Plans

Update Default Client Billing Default Cost Center Settings

Keep Placement Slot Numbers up to date
The database needs the Client Care Manage Placements Wizard license, which is added to the databases of all existing Client Care customers and automatically to new Client Care customers going forward when this feature is released in August.
You must have add and edit security permissions to client placement and to edit the client.
