What's New: Sandata I/DD December 2025

Installation Information

  • Hosted customers

    Sandata hosts ProviderPro for your agency on our servers: No action is required. This update has already been installed and is ready for use.

  • On-premise customers

    Your organization hosts ProviderPro on its own server: Use the Distribution Manager utility to download and install the latest build. Important: Be sure to back up your database before proceeding with installation. For step-by-step instructions, refer to the Network Administration Guide.

DataPlus

  • Void Exported EVV Transactions (16780): Added the ability for users to void exported EVV transactions so the void can be sent through to the aggregator.

  • Mileage Entry Display Fix (17000): Resolved an issue where users saw a gray screen when attempting to open Mileage Entries.

  • EVV Unvoid Exported Transactions (17083): Users can now unvoid exported transactions in EVV only. Previously, transactions could be voided but not reversed if done in error. Depending on the transaction state, users will see either Void in Aggregator or Unvoid in Aggregator.

  • Incident Sources List (17081): Resolved an issue where the Incident Sources list was not fully populating

ProviderPro

  • Day Services Feature Set Cleanup (17008): Removed the deprecated field V3 Billing Cost Center that was still assigned to the Day Services feature set.

  • Reconciled Claims Payment Posting Deadlock Handling (17024): Improved handling of deadlock errors when posting payments.

  • Tax Table Updates (17029): Completed the tax table updates for Federal and State.

  • Prepare Billing Transactions Performance Improvement (17057): Improved performance during the Prepare Billing Transactions wizard.

  • Tax Table Updates (17030): Completed the second round of tax table updates, including Federal tax tables, which finalize the annual tax table review.

  • • 940 and Schedule R Updates (17027): Updated the 940 and Schedule R forms to the current year and added boxes 15c, 15d, and 15e for manual entry.

  • Social Security Wage Ceiling Update (17092): Updated the Social Security wage ceiling to reflect the 2026 value
