What's New: Sandata I/DD March 2026

Installation Information

  • Hosted customers

    Sandata hosts ProviderPro for your agency on our servers: No action is required. This update has already been installed and is ready for use.

  • On-premise customers

    Your organization hosts ProviderPro on its own server: Use the Distribution Manager utility to download and install the latest build. Important: Be sure to back up your database before proceeding with installation. For step-by-step instructions, refer to the Network Administration Guide.

DataPlus

  • Service Limit Reporting Fix (17005): [RESOLVED] Issue affecting customers using Service Limits where transactions starting at 12:00 a.m. were reported incorrectly in Service Delivery limits.

  • Client Notebook Access Fix (16893): [RESOLVED] Users were unable to download Client Notebooks from the Manager Dashboard despite having proper access. Users can now download notebooks as expected.

  • Time Off Request Fix (16950): [RESOLVED] Users were unable to create Time Off requests in DataPlus. DataPlus has now added a unique key constraint on Payroll Tasks to prevent duplicate wage type and job title combinations.

  • Field Name Formatting Update (17009): [UPDATED] Field name handling for admin users; when creating fields that enforce a specific format, removed spaces and replaced punctuation with underscores.

  • Mileage Reminder for Time Tracking (16996): [UPDATED] Added a checkbox for Staff Worked with Clients time tracking entries to add a reporting checkbox that states I provided transportation (reminder to add mileage entry). This is a reminder to staff to complete mileage entries for reporting purposes; it does not replace entering the actual mileage.

  • Printing Improvement for Reports (17160): [UPDATED] Report printing now allows subreports to span multiple pages. This resolves time-out errors when printing certain Data Collection plans, ensuring reports complete successfully.

  • Client Census Validation Update (17107): [UPDATED] Improved validation for customers using Client to ensure Attendance and Absent Prompt values remain consistent. The Absent Prompt now clears when Attendance is changed, is only required when appropriate, and must align with the selected Attendance value to prevent conflicting reporting.

ProviderPro

  • Client Import and Report Functionality Fix (17148 and 17162): Resolved an issue where client imports and reports were not functioning and were returning an Object reference not set to an instance of an object error.

  • Prepare Billing Date Handling Update (17178): Addressed an issue where some billing transactions included a time value in the date field, causing the system to fail to locate an active contract during the Prepare Billing process. The PrepareBillingTransactions process was updated to always use the date only to prevent this issue.

  • 2026 Quarterly Form 941 (17028) (Tentative release April 2, 2026): Updated the quarterly Form 941 to the 2026 version.
