Installation Information

• Hosted customers

  Sandata hosts ProviderPro for your agency on our servers: No action is required. This update has already been installed and is ready for use.

• On-premise customers

  Your organization hosts ProviderPro on its own server: Use the Distribution Manager utility to download and install the latest build. Important: Be sure to back up your database before proceeding with installation. For step-by-step instructions, refer to the Network Administration Guide.

837 Filename Format Update (17061): Updated the 837 filename format options to add an additional setting when Use timestamp in file name is selected. This option includes a three-digit millisecond in the timestamp and appends -1of1 to the file extension.
