What's New: Sandata EVV Enhanced 8.61 Release Notes
System Enhancements
Resolved an issue across the Client, Employee, and Schedule management modules where header and collapsed history row dates were rendering according to the user's local browser timezone rather than the agency's configured operational timezone. Dates and timestamps across all history entries and collapsed views now uniformly reflect the agency's local timezone.
We have implemented a new History Modal for deactivated and deleted user roles within the Aggregator (AGG) system. This feature allows administrators to view a complete, read-only audit trail of role definitions, including changes to role names, descriptions, assigned access groups, and privilege grants/revocations that occurred throughout the role's lifecycle.
We have introduced a new History Modal specifically for deactivated and deleted user accounts within the Manage Users module. Administrators can now access a full, read-only audit trail for inactive users, capturing every change made to their profile, roles, and permissions both before and after their deactivation.
Resolved a user interface issue where the "Cancel" confirmation popup appeared twice when attempting to exit the Create Schedule page. The system now correctly triggers a single confirmation prompt, ensuring a smoother and more predictable navigation experience when discarding unsaved changes.
Resolved a calculation error in the Schedule Preview panel for overnight shifts. When creating a schedule that crosses midnight (e.g., 11:00 PM to 5:00 AM), the preview now correctly displays the end date as the following day rather than incorrectly repeating the start date.
Resolved a validation issue in the System - Roles Listing report where the one-day date range restriction was not being enforced. The system now correctly prevents users from running the report for multiple days, replacing generic system errors with clear, proactive validation messages.
Improved the session expiration workflow to ensure that Protected Health Information (PHI) is no longer visible in the background when a user's session times out. The system now applies a solid color overlay to the entire screen once a session expires, completely obscuring sensitive data until the user logs back in.
Resolved a security vulnerability where users were incorrectly logged back into the application without providing credentials after a session had expired. The system now strictly enforces re-authentication, ensuring that clicking the "Go to Login" button correctly redirects the user to the secure login screen.
Resolved a functional issue where cancelled schedules continued to appear in the grid even when the "Hide Cancelled Schedules" toggle was enabled. The toggle now correctly filters out all cancelled visits across all pages, date ranges, and client filters, ensuring a clutter-free view of active care.
Resolved an issue where the automatic unchecking of the "Mobile User" checkbox during employee deactivation was not being captured in the audit history. The system now correctly logs both the deactivation and the corresponding change to mobile access, providing a complete and accurate historical record.
Resolved a user interface labeling error where the "Alert Settings" menu was incorrectly displayed as "Alter Settings" when navigating from other modules (such as Clients, Employees, or Scheduling). The menu label is now consistently and correctly displayed across all navigation paths.
We have resolved a critical display issue in the Monthly Calendar view where the "+X more" schedule indicator was failing to show additional events. Users can now reliably click the "more" link to view all overlapping or additional schedules for a specific day in a clear, accessible popup.
We have resolved a visibility issue on the "Create/Edit User" page where the "Available Access Groups" controls were not appearing for certain administrative users. This fix ensures that all users with the appropriate permissions can now see and assign access groups, roles, and privileges as intended.
