What's New: Sandata EVV Enhanced 8.60 Release Notes
System Enhancements
We've updated the system to ensure that client status changes don't disrupt necessary care coordination. Previously, setting a client to inactive with an inactive date would automatically cancel their schedules and block new ones; now, the system preserves existing schedules and allows providers to continue creating new ones as needed.
This update addresses an inconsistency in how client status changes are handled. Previously, manual status changes from "Active" to "Inactive" required an End of Care (EOC) date, whereas system-driven updates did not. End of Care Date is no longer a required field, restoring visibility into scheduled visits during status transitions.
The multi-factor authentication (MFA) workflow now handles errors more gracefully. Previously, if a user paused mid-login, the MFA process would error out. The process has been updated to handle interruptions and pick up where the user left off.
The visit creation workflow previously relied on a passive "Last Activity Date" column to flag inactive or discharged recipients, which was easily overlooked. A more prominent warning now alerts users when they attempt to schedule a visit for a recipient who is no longer in active service, reducing administrative rework and billing issues.
We've fixed an issue where switching between EVV and Aggregator (AGG) accounts with active sessions on both platforms sent users to a 404 error page. The system now correctly identifies existing sessions and presents a confirmation modal to manage the transition.
The "Select All" checkbox in Aggregator's user management (User Groups, User Roles, Privileges) is fixed and now correctly selects all available items. A new confirmation step has been added before bulk assignments are applied, and the page-refresh issue during bulk operations has been resolved.
State Specific Release Notes
PCR-77: Missouri — MCO Unit Rules for Claims Validation
We've enhanced Missouri EVV Claims Validation to support MCO-specific unit rules and prevent Accrued Minutes Visits from being applied to MCO services. This improves claims accuracy while preserving existing MO DSS functionality, and updates Healthy Blue service descriptions to reflect current payer branding.
D.C. PCR-86: DC DHCF — Retire Service Codes T2016, S9125
We've updated DC EVV support to retire T2016 (Supported Living) and S9125 (Respite Care) from EVV requirements. This removes these services from EVV capture workflows while preserving existing historical visit data, keeping the platform aligned with DC DHCF requirements.
