Improved Login & Account Access Experience
What's New: We've enhanced the login and password management experience to make accessing your account easier and more intuitive. Login fields now include clearer labels, helpful guidance, and improved validation to help users enter the correct information the first time. Password creation and reset workflows have also been updated with real-time guidance and clearer instructions, making it easier for new and existing users to manage their credentials. Additionally, references to "Username" have been updated throughout the platform to "Email" for greater consistency and clarity.
Why It Matters: These improvements help reduce login errors, streamline password setup and recovery, and create a more user-friendly experience for both new and existing users. By providing clearer instructions and more intuitive workflows, users can access their accounts faster and with less frustration.
What You Need to Know: Users will now use their email address when prompted for account credentials throughout the platform. Login and password screens provide additional guidance to help users successfully sign in or reset their passwords. For security purposes, login error messages remain intentionally generic. If an account becomes locked, users will receive an email with instructions for regaining access, including password reset guidance and lockout timing information. No action is required for existing users beyond updating any internal documentation that may reference "Username" instead of "Email."
