What's New: Sandata EVV Enhanced 8.55 Release Notes
These release notes contain a high-level overview of updates and new functionality introduced to the Sandata EVV Enhanced platform. As Sandata EVV Enhanced is permission-based, not all functionality is available for every role within an Agency.
Role Membership Report
Improved the Role Membership Report for to make it clearer and more useful for administrators.

Removed the unused “Deleted” column from the Role Membership Report.

Report now shows only active users and their current role memberships.

Updated description to clarify that the report is a point‑in‑time snapshot of active role assignments.
Full Visit Review Export (and related reports)
These enhancements provide clearer insight into how visits are generated while maintaining consistency with terminology and logic used in the core application.

Renamed the “Offline Visit” column to “SMC Offline Visit” for clearer alignment with product terminology.

Updated column values to show Yes/No for SMC‑generated visits and N/A for visits from other sources.

Applied the new column name and logic across all related reports and exports.
Auto Verification Details Report
Updated the Auto Verification Details report so visits with Memo‑only changes are no longer flagged as Manually Verified. Applied the same logic to Alt EVV visits, ensuring consistent behavior across all visit types. Improved audit clarity by ensuring only true manual verifications are highlighted.
Visit Listing PDF Export
Enhanced overall PDF usability, allowing users to generate and share Visit Listing reports with confidence. Improved layout consistency so the SMC Offline Visit column appears only when appropriate (e.g., visible for Arkansas, hidden for Ohio). Improved an issue in the Arkansas Visit Listing PDF export where content overlapped across pages, ensuring clean, readable formatting.
Reporting Improvements
Improved transparency and auditability, we've added "Report Run Start" and "Report Run End" date/times to several key reports across the BI Analytics platform. Better Audit Trail: These timestamps help users verify when data was generated, making it easier to track, troubleshoot, and validate report results.

Reporting Accuracy: Payer Filter Enhanced for All Corporation Types
Fixed an issue where filtering reports by payer returned no results for corporations with only one account. Users in Arkansas, Massachusetts, and all other supported states can now reliably filter reports by payer and see accurate data every time. Improves reporting clarity, reduces confusion, and cuts down on unnecessary support requests.

These enhancements are globally available, but reports will be assigned to customers upon request.

Accurate Employee Documentation Dates Across Time Zones
We’ve improved an issue where uploaded document dates in the Employee Documentation tab displayed incorrectly due to a timezone mismatch. Users now see the correct upload date regardless of their local timezone. This reduces confusion, eliminates manual verification, and strengthens audit readiness through more consistent and trustworthy record‑keeping.

Accurate Claims Processing: Agency Time Zone Now Displayed Consistently
Updated the Claims tab in Visit Maintenance and Aggregator (AGG) to display all claims‑processing timestamps in your agency’s local timezone. Ensures the “Date Returned for Claims Processing” column always matches the visit history across all UIs. Reduces confusion and manual reconciliation caused by mismatched timestamps.

Resolved a client‑side HTTP parameter pollution (HPP) vulnerability to ensure safer handling of user input in URLs. Strengthens overall platform security and supports compliance with industry best practices.

Arkansas - Flexible Service Management: Add Services to Pending Clients for Past Dates
Improved an issue that prevented Arkansas agencies from adding services to clients in Pending status when the service start date was earlier than the client’s creation date. Agencies can now add services for pending clients using any appropriate date, just as they can for active clients. Streamlines onboarding and service setup by removing unnecessary date restrictions.

Delaware - Full 9-Digit SSN Capture for Employee Records
Updated the Homecare platform for Delaware agencies to require entry of the full 9‑digit SSN for employees, replacing the previous “Last 4 Digits” field. Added a formatted SSN field (XXX‑XX‑XXXX) on the New Employee and Edit Identifiers screens. Includes validation and error messaging to ensure accurate SSN entry and support state compliance requirements.

Arkansas - Improved Data Integrity: Locked Down Client Payer Panel Editing
Updated the Client Payer panel on the Program tab to show edit/add options only to users with the appropriate privileges. Prevents unauthorized users from seeing or interacting with payer‑management actions. Improves data protection and reduces confusion by ensuring only authorized staff can modify payer information.

Pennsylvania - Enhancement: Password Reset Button Disabled for Non-Mobile Users
The Reset Mobile User Password button is now enabled only for employees who are mobile users. Prevents confusion and unnecessary steps by removing the option for non‑mobile employees. Ensures password reset actions are clear, accurate, and aligned with actual user capabilities.

Wisconsin - Program Change Request – Add New Payer
Added Anthem BCBS Family Care (Payer ID: ANTBCBSFC) as a new payer under the WIMCO program, effective 5/1/2026 in production. Updated all business rules, configurations, and documentation to fully support the new payer and its HCPCS service codes. Enabled both Personal Care and Home Health (HHCS) services for this payer, including codes such as T1019, T1020, S5125, S5126, 99509, 92507, and others. Updated Alt EVV specifications and Data Warehouse documentation to ensure accurate data submission and compliance.

Added new AmeriHealth DC PCA service code T1019_NP for all new authorizations and schedules after the production go‑live date. End‑dated the previous code T1019 for AmeriHealth DC, while keeping historical records intact. No changes to service description or unit of measure, ensuring a smooth transition with no billing or translation impact. Existing authorizations and schedules using T1019 remain available for historical reference, but all new activity must use T1019_NP.
