Improved Claims Validation Error Messaging

When a claim fails validation due to multiple issues (for example, a missing or invalid Document Locator Number (DLN)), the system now consistently returns the most relevant and actionable error message.

Users can now see upcoming status changes directly on the Program tab, with the Program Details modal explicitly calling out scheduled updates to reduce surprises and support informed decision‑making. Additionally, the History modal now provides a complete audit trail, including when a future status was scheduled, any overrides or removals, and when the system automatically applied the change—reducing confusion and improving transparency and tracking of client status updates.

Employee Screen Fixes – Deactivation Date and Layout
An issue has been resolved on the Employee screen where an invalid deactivation date (“01/01/0001”) could appear when no future schedule existed. The system now displays only valid, meaningful dates, leaving the field blank when no date applies. Additionally, the Close and Edit Agency Designations buttons have been realigned to prevent overlap, improving clarity and usability without changing functionality.
System Monitoring Enhancement Update: We recently moved our monitoring tools from one platform to another. During this transition, a temporary issue was identified in one of our non‑production environments and has now been resolved.
