This specification is intended to document the requirements for using the Sandata Real Time Interface (part of the Open EVV Series of Interface) for receiving information from 3rd party EVV Vendors into the Sandata Aggregator. This interface is also referred to as the EVV Vendor Solutions Interface. An EVV Vendor Solutions Data Collection System will build one data pipe to the Aggregator and send synchronous data packages per defined provider agency.
This interface includes clients, employees, visits, and their associated calls as well as the ability to send data related to visit modifications.

Dear MO Electronic Visit Verification Aggregator Solution (EAS) Program Vendor:
MO DSS is implementing an enhanced process to ensure Client (member) information provided by EVV vendor aligns with the State eligibility system. The process will require the inclusion of a new data field, ClientBirthDate, for all newly submitted Client Intake records.
The testing environment is now available for the Client Intake process that requires the addition of ClientBirthDate. EVV vendors are encouraged to take advantage of the deployment to test updated integration logic and to verify coding changes completed in the vendor solution. Each successful test will require matching data within the test environment. Every record that does not match will be rejected. Testing data is included below to ensure data alignment between the vendors and the EAS testing system. Each vendor can use any or all records listed below. It is recommended that EVV vendors utilize the test environment to ensure successful transfer of this field upon implementation of the new requirement.
Enforcement of the new data field will begin on October 10, 2022. Records submitted from October 10, 2022, forward without the ClientBirthDate will result in the record(s) being rejected.
You can locate the updated specification on the MO.GOV website at Missouri Department of Social Services - EVV Vendor Specification.
