This specification is intended to document the requirements for using the Sandata Real Time Interface (part of the Open EVV Series of Interface) for receiving information from 3rd party EVV Vendors into the Sandata Aggregator. This interface is also referred to as the EVV Vendor Solutions Data Interface. A Third Party EVV Data Collection System will build one data pipe to the Aggregator and send synchronous data packages per defined provider agency.
This interface includes clients, employees, visits, and their associated calls as well as the ability to send data related to visit modifications.
In addition, appendix 3.6 contains technical information and examples for each entity type.

Visits are considered to be completed when all required information has been supplied for the visit and all visit exceptions have been remediated. Sandata will verify that visits received pass all program edit rules on receipt.

EVV Vendor Solutions Certification Process: The EVV Vendor Solutions Certification process is a multi-step process that begins with the review of the Technical Specifications and Addendum for the AZ AHCCCS EVV Program (see links below). Once the vendor is ready to begin the testing process, the agency (provider) will need to submit the request for test credentials.
To submit the request for test credentials, please have the agency email AZAltEVV@sandata.com with the following information:
Agency Name:
Vendor Name: Agency Medicaid ID: Vendor Contact: Admin Name: Vendor Phone: Admin Phone: Vendor Email: Admin Email: Sandata cross validates the request and provide the testing credentials to the agency (provider). As soon as the testing credentials are received, the vendor may start the testing/training process. Upon successfully completing this process (including any additional State Program requirements), Sandata will issue product credentials to enable the submission of data to the States’ Aggregator.
Please note if you are already certified as an EVV Vendor Solution in AZ, the agency will still need to send the above listed information so production credentials can be issued.
