Release Orders Using Broadcast Sequence (Order Manager)

Broadcast Sequencing allows orders that are pending and ready to be released to providers in a ranked order on a configured time frame. If a provider does not accept the order in that time, it will be immediately offered to the next provider in line until the order is accepted.

To release an order using broadcast sequencing:

1. Click the Orders module and use the filters to locate and open the order.

   

2. Click Release.

   

3. Use the dropdowns to select the providers and the order of release. If a provider does not match one of the selected traits, it is removed from the list.

4. Click Broadcast Release.

   

5. Click Yes, Go!

   

   The orders are released to the providers in the selected order based on the bidding time configured by the Payer.
