Edit a Member Profile (Order Manager)

A Member’s profile can be updated to reflect new contact or care information and can be done from both the Members module screen and the member’s individual profile.

To edit a Member’s profile from the Member's profile:

  1. Click Members.

  2. Use the filters to locate and click on the member’s profile.

    Use the filters to locate and click on the selected Member.

  3. Click Edit.

    Click Edit.

    The fields become editable.

  4. Make the changes to the Member’s profile.

  5. Click Update.

    Make the changes to the member’s profile. Click Update.

To edit a member’s profile from the Members module:

  1. Click Members.

  2. Use the filters to locate the member’s profile to be edited.

  3. Click the Edit icon next to the Member's name.

    Click the Edit icon next to the Member's name.

    The Member’s profile opens in an editable state.

  4. Use the fields to update the member’s profile.

  5. Click Update.

    Use the fields to update the member’s profile. Click Update.
