Cancel an Order (Order Manager)

In a situation where an order is no longer needed or was created accidentally, it can be manually cancelled.

  1. Navigate to the Orders screen.

  2. Use the filters to locate and click on the order.

  3. Click Cancel.

    Click Cancel.

  4. Select a Cancel Reason. Click Save.

    Select a Cancel Reason. Click Save.

  5. Click Yes, do it!

    Click Yes, do it!

    The order is canceled.
