EVV Transaction Report (CSV) in Sandata Agency Management System (SAMS)

Description: This SAMS report displays Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) transactions occurring over a selected date range as well as their status and basic information.

Use: While the Maintenance screen in SAMS will display Success or Rejected under Alt EVV Status column and corresponding AltEVV Error Codes, the EVV Transaction Status Report will provide the details on the errors.

This report allows users to quickly locate rejected visits for correction and resubmission to the Aggregator to maintain compliance as outlined by the CURES Act.

EVV Transaction Status Report Location: Reports => Third Party Interfaces

Reports - Third Party Interfaces

  1. Select Internal Agg from Source drop down and enter Date From and Date To fields.

  2. Leave Export default on MS Excel (Data Only).

  3. Select Export.

This will generate a zipped file in user Downloads section on computer

The zipped file will contain three Excel reports, one for Client, one for Staff and one for Visit.

Open the Visit file and review column D for Error Description to identify the needed corrections.

The identified visits with errors should be corrected in Maintenance or Scheduling screens and re-confirmed so that they are eligible for successful visit submission to the Aggregator.
