Reset an Independent Provider Passcode

You can reset your TVV passcode from the DCW/Employee record. Complete the following steps to reset.

  1. Select DCW/Employees in the navigation panel.

    Select DCW/Employees in the navigation panel.

  2. Select your name in the DCW/Employee list.

    Select your name in the DCW/Employee list.

  3. Under the Personal tab, select the Pencil icon in the Identifiers section.

  4. Enter your new passcode, then select Save.

    Enter your new passcode, then select Save.
