Sandata would like to welcome you and your staff to the Colorado Healthcare Policy & Finance (HCPF) Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) Program.

  • To access your EVV account, please go to this web address: https://evv.sandata.com/VM/Login

    To log in, use the credentials provided to you via email. The temporary password is only valid for 60 days. You are required to change this temporary password the first time you access the account.

  • Detailed documentation for the setup and uses of Sandata EVV is available in Sandata EVV by clicking the Help links. Please keep in mind that the help information available in Sandata EVV is general to the Sandata application. Please refer to the training guide you received in training for HCPF‐specific guidelines on using Sandata EVV.
