Log Non-Worked Paid Time/Amounts
You can log non-worked time in one of three ways.
-
From the Time Logging card on the Home screen, if you enter begin/end times (Combination or After-the-Fact Users Staff only).
-
From the Hours graph on the My Log or Staff Log screen, if you enter begin/end times.
-
From the Other Hours/Amounts grid on the My Log or Staff Log screen, if you enter total hours or an amount.
If you are not a real-time user and are logging your own non-worked time that requires begin/end times, you can do so from the Time Logging card on the Home screen. Real-Time Staff, Review Log Managers and Approve Log Managers can only add staff non-worked time that require begin/end times from the Hours graph on the My Log or the Staff Log screen. See From the Hours Graph below.
