Import Staff Time Without Clients Log Transactions
You can import Staff Time without Clients Log transactions into Time Tracking instead of manually keying them in.
The columns in the spreadsheet should be as follows:

Column A: Data Collection Type Description

Column B: Staff Code

Column C: Hours Type (B (Begin/End Date/Time) or H (Date/Hours))

Column D: If Hours Type is H, the Date of the log entry

Column E: If Hours Type is H, the number of hours for the log entry

Column F: If Hours Type is B, the Begin Date Time
-
Column G: If Hours Type is B, the End Date Time
-
Column H: Cost Center Code
-
Column I: Task Description

Column J: Notes

To import time without client transactions:

Drag the Microsoft Excel file(s) you want to import or select Choose Files to browse for the file and click Upload.

When the file has been processed Done will appear beneath it if the import was successful.
Otherwise, Errors will appear beneath it. If you click on Errors you can see what caused the import to fail such as a Staff or Time Off Reason that doesn't exist or is inactive.
