Client Managers
As a client manager, you manage the information about your clients that does not sync from ProviderPro, including qualifications and locations.
If you sync Clients from ProviderPro, do not add, delete or make changes to the information that syncs from within Time Tracking . The changes will be overwritten the next time the sync runs. Add, Delete and make changes to the synced information for Clients in ProviderPro.
As a client manager, you can:

Assign the qualifications that staff are required to have in order to work with a specific client.

Assign clients to locations if they are not automatically synced from ProviderPro based on billing cost center.

Exclude staff from working with a client.

View the client's schedule.
