Manage Data-Entry Service Location Groups
Administrators can manage data-entry service location groups. Data-Entry service location groups are groups of service locations used to determine the service locations available to staff and managers when logging time or mileage with clients. Data-Entry Service Location Groups can either be assigned directly to the Staff Permission Group, or to the associated Data Collection Types for Staff Time Worked With Clients and/or Client Mileage.
Do not add, delete or make changes to the data-entry service location group settings within Time Tracking if you sync from ProviderPro. The changes will be overwritten the next time the sync runs. Make all changes in ProviderPro. To make data-entry service location group settings read-only in Time Tracking, turn on the Disable Synced Properties Default setting in Options.
To manage data-entry service location groups:

Log in with your full login.

Select Setup from the menu.

Select Data-Entry Service Location Groups on the Time Tracking Setup card.

Select a data-entry service location group card from the list or enter a data-entry service location group in the Search box to search for a specific data-entry service location group.
If you do not sync data-entry service location groups from ProviderPro, select Add to create a new one.

Complete the following information and select Save:
- Description: A description of the data-entry service location group.
- Active: Checking this box makes the data-entry service location group in use.

Select Add on the Service Locations card.

Select the service locations you want to assign to this data-entry service location group and then click Save.

Select the minus sign next to a service location to remove it from the data-entry service locations group.
Select Yes in the confirmation pop-up to remove the service location.

Select Add on the Staff Permission Groups card to select the staff permission groups that can log services for clients in the service locations of this data-entry service location group.

Select the staff permission groups you want to assign to this data-entry service location group and then click Save.

Select the minus sign next to a staff permission group to remove it from the data-entry service location group.
Select Yes in the confirmation pop-up to remove the staff permission group.
