Employees Publish a Schedule

Once a schedule is ready the final step is publish the schedule.

Once the schedule is published, staff are notified of their upcoming shifts and the stripes disappear on the blocks in the calendar.

It may take a few minutes for the publish process to complete. You need to click the Refresh icon to view the published shifts.
