Employees Publish One Scheduling Location Schedule

Complete the following steps to publish the schedule for one location:

  1. Select Scheduling Locations from the menu and then enter the name of the scheduling location in the Search box.

  2. Select the Schedule link on the scheduling location card.

  3. The schedule for the scheduling location opens. Select Publish Schedule located under the Actions menu.

  4. Select the first week you want to publish from the Week dropdown, Select an option from the Number of Weeks dropdown, and then click the Publish button.

    It may take a few minutes for the publish to complete. The published shifts no longer have stripes on the blocks and the scheduled staff are notified of the new schedule.
