Employees Exclude Clients from Staff
The auto-scheduler does not assign staff to a slot if any of the staff's excluded clients are scheduled for that shift.
Complete the following steps to exclude a client from staff:

Select Staff from the menu and then enter the name of the staff you want to update in the Search field.

Select the card of the staff you want to exclude clients from.
The staff member's card opens.

Select the Add button on the Excluded Clients card.
The Excluded Clients pop-up opens.

Select the client(s) the staff is excluded from working with and then select the Save button.

Select the minus sign next to an excluded client to remove it from the staff.

A confirmation pop-up appears. Select the Yes button to remove the excluded client.
