Age (Read Only): Age is automatically calculated in decimal format based on the date of birth entered and the current date as set on your computer or the date of birth entered and the date of death (if one is entered). A text version of the Age (Age String) is also available for reports.

Use Position Management: If you want to use this employee in Basic Position Tracking or Employment Tracking.

Sync to DataPlus: If this employee is logging in to Client Care. Employee Care. Staff Scheduling or Time Tracking.

Sync to CaraSolva MedSupport - If you have licensed Sandata eMar integration for Client Care select this option to sync this employee’s information to Sandata eMar (CaraSolva MedSupport)

CaraSolva MedSupport Role - If you have licensed Sandata eMar integration for Client Care select the security role this employee in Sandata eMar (CaraSolva MedSupport) when the employee syncs.

Override Noncompliance Restriction - If you have licensed Time Tracking and the employee’s requirement is set to restrict Time Tracking entry when out of compliance and you want to allow entry anyway, enter the date that they are able to enter time while out of compliance.

Email Address Type (this is the email address that becomes the user name in DataPlus).
