Edit a Client’s Schedule

When you need to reschedule a visit for a Client, you can do that from the Client Management feature. Simply start by finding that scheduled visit. Complete the steps below to edit a Client's schedule.

  1. From the Client Management feature, find and select the Client which takes you to the Edit Client window. Use the Filter by options to find the service you need to edit or reschedule.

    The date range defaults to the current week plus the next week.

  2. To see all scheduled visits, remove the date range by clicking on the “x.”

  3. Select the visit line you want to edit.

  4. The Edit Schedule window opens. Then, you can use the Date and Time fields to edit the schedule. Select SAVE CHANGES.

  5. A reason for the change must be provided in the next window. Select the radio button for the appropriate code and enter a note in the Note field. To add this as a task note, simply select the Task Note checkbox and select a note type from the Type dropdown window.

  6. Finally, select the SAVE CHANGES button.
