Search Filters

The Search Filters at the top of the screen allow you to narrow the Results List to meet specific criteria.

Field	Description
Company	Use this field to filter staff by the associated company.
Location	Use this field to filter staff by the associated location.
Staff Manager	Use this field to filter staff by the associated staff manager.
Coordinator	Use this field to filter staff by the associated coordinator.
Status	Use this field to filter staff by status.
Reason	Use this field to filter staff by the reason associated with the status.
First Name	Use this field to filter staff by first name.
Last Name	Use this field to filter staff by last name
Agency ID	Use this field to filter staff by staff ID number.
SSN	Use this field to filter staff by social security number. Program rules require whether a full or partial number may be used.
Zip	Use this field to filter staff by their home zip code.
Team	Use this field to filter staff by the associated team.
Agency	Use this field to filter staff by the associated agency.
Position	Use this field to filter staff by position.
Language	Use this field to filter staff by language.
Users	Check this box to filter for staff designated as system users.
Field Staff	Check this box to filter for staff designated as field staff.
Contractors	Check this box to filter for staff designated as contractors.
Clinical Managers	Check this box to filter for staff designated as clinical managers.
Non-Compliant Staff	Check this box to filter for non-compliant staff.
Reassign Manager / Coordinator	Click this button to open the Reassign Managers / Coordinator wizard.
