Third-Party Caregiver Exceptions Report (CSV)

Description: This report displays caregiver information and associated exceptions that have been exported to a third-party interface during a selected date range.

Use: This report can be used to locate exceptions associated with caregivers for resolution to return them to compliance or workable status.

Limitations: N/A

This report can be filtered by:

Field	Description
Company	The selected company.
Coordinator	The selected coordinator.
Staff	The selected staff.
Import Status	The selected import status.
Date From	The selected starting date in a range.
Date To	The selected ending date in a range.

Each column of the report displays:

Field	Description
DateTime_Inserted	The date and time of the export to the interface.
Import_Status	The exception associated with the caregiver.
Expcard_Agency_ID	The exported caregiver’s agency ID.
Expcar_Last-Name	The exported caregiver’s last name.
Excpcar_First_Name	The exported caregiver’s first name.
Expcar_Initials	The exported caregiver’s initials.
Expcar_Gender	The exported caregiver’s gender.
Expcar_Status	The exported caregiver’s status.
Expcar_Employee_Type	The exported caregiver’s employee type.
Expcar_Employment_Type	The exported caregiver’s employment type.
Status_Code	The exported caregiver’s status code.
