Description: This report displays basic visit information and billing exceptions exported to a third-party interface during a selected date range.

Use: This report can be used to locate unresolved exceptions that have been exported to a third-party interface for correction and resubmission.

This report can be filtered by:

Field	Description
Company	The selected company.
Location	The selected location.
Payor	The selected payer.
Client	The selected client.
Coordinator	The selected coordinator.
Exception Message	The selected exception.
Date From	The selected starting date in a range.
Date To	The selected ending date in a range.

Each column of the report displays:

Field	Description
3rd Party Invoice Number	The third-party invoice number.
Problem	The billing exception.
Agency ID	The agency ID.
Patient ID	The patient ID.
Admission ID	The admission ID.
Client Other ID	The client’s alternate Medicaid ID.
Caregiver ID	The caregiver’s ID.
3rd Party Caregiver Code	The third-party caregiver code.
Coordinator Name	The coordinator name.
Schedule ID	The schedule ID.
3rd Party Schedule ID	The third-party schedule ID.
Schedule Date	The schedule start date.
Schedule Start	The scheduled start date and time.
Schedule End	The scheduled end date and time.
Billing Service Code	The billing service code.
Visit Start	The actual start date and time.
Visit End	The actual end date and time.
