Staff Security Group Permissions Report

Description: This report displays which security groups a staff member is assigned to as well as the date and time of their most recent login to the system.

Use: This report can be used to quickly review staff member group assignments to check system privileges, make additions to or remove staff members from security groups as needed.

Limitations: N/A

This report can be filtered by:

Field	Description
Company	The selected company.
Team	The selected team.
Staff Status	The selected staff status.
Staff	The selected staff member.
Coordinator	The selected coordinator.

Each column of the report displays:

Field	Description
Staff Name	The staff member’s name.
Security Group Name(s)	The staff member’s security group(s).
Last Login Date and Time	The most recent date and time of the staff member’s login.
