Influenza Statistics Report

Description: This report displays the flu vaccination status of staff members. The report includes the staff members name, the completed date of the compliance item and any associated comments.

Use: This report can be used to quickly reference staff members who have received their flu shot for the year.

Field	Description
Company	Use this dropdown to select the company.
Date From	Use this dropdown to select the location.
Date To	Use this dropdown to select the admission type.
Location	Use this dropdown to select the team.
Position	Use this dropdown to select the payor.
Compliance	Use this dropdown to select the manager.

Each column of the report displays:

Field	Description
Comment	Displays any comments associated with the staff member’s compliance item.
Staff Name	Displays the staff member’s name.
Completed Date	Displays the date that the compliance item was completed.
