Staff List by Hire/Rehire Date Report

Description: This report lists staff members who have been hired or re-hired during a selected date range.

Use: This report can be used to quickly reference staff members that were hired or re-hired during a specific date range for reference, evaluation or other situations that may arise.

Limitations: N/A

This report can be filtered by:

Field	Description
Company	The selected company.
Location	The selected location.
Team	The selected team.
Staff Status	The selected staff member’s status.
Staff Type	The selected staff member type.
Staff	Staff member by name (last name, first name). When a partial name is entered the report displays results that begin with the entered characters.
Coordinator	The selected coordinator.
Staff Manager	The selected staff manager.
Hire Date From	The starting hire date in a range.
Hire Date To	The ending hire date in a range.
Rehire Date	Select this check box to filter results by rehire date.

This report can be sorted by:

Field	Description
Staff Name	Sorts the report by the staff member’s name is ascending or descending order.
Hire Date	Sorts the report by staff member hire date in ascending or descending order.
First Date Worked	Sorts the report by staff member’s first date of work in ascending or descending order.

Each column of the report displays:

Field	Description
Name	The staff member’s name (last, first).
ID	The staff member’s ID number.
Hire Date	The staff member’s hire date.
Rehire Date	The staff member’s rehire date.
First Worked	The date that the staff member first worked.
Status	The staff member’s status at the time the report was run.
Position	The staff member’s position.
Team	The staff member’s team.
Home Phone	The staff member’s home phone number.
Cell Phone	The staff member’s cell phone number.
Email	The staff member’s e-mail address.
Total Employees	The total number of staff members on the report.
