Staff Demographics Report (CSV)

Description: This report displays the demographic information for staff members including gender, ethnicity, and language spoken.

Use: This report can be used to review staff demographic information for statistical usage or other reporting.

Limitations: Gender and Ethnicity are limited to basic options.

This report can be filtered by:

Field	Description
Company	Use this dropdown to select the company.
Location	Use this dropdown to select the location.
Position	Use this dropdown to select the position.
Staff	Use this field to select the staff member. When a partial name is entered the report displays results that begin with the entered characters.
Staff Status	Use this dropdown to select the staff status.
Coordinator	Use this dropdown to select the coordinator.
Staff Manager	Use this dropdown to select the staff manager.

Each column of the report displays:

Field	Description
Dept No.	Displays the department number.
Emp. Number	Displays the staff member’s employee number.
Marital Status	Displays the staff member’s marital status.
Sex	Displays the staff member’s gender.
Pen Profit	Displays the

Pay Cycle	Displays the staff member’s pay cycle.
Pay Method	Displays the staff member’s pay method.
Exempt From O/T	Displays if the staff member is exempt from overtime.
NYC Resident	Displays if the staff member is a New York City resident.

Emp Status	Displays the staff member’s employment status.
Last Name	Displays the staff member’s last name.
First Name	Displays the staff member’s first name.
Address Line 1	Displays the staff member’s address.
Address Line 2	Displays the staff member’s address.
City	Displays the staff member’s city of residency.
State	Displays the staff member’s state of residency.
Zip Code	Displays the staff member’s zip code.
Telephone	Displays the staff member’s telephone number.
Social Security Number	Displays the staff member’s social security number.
Hire Date	Displays the staff member’s hire date.
Termination Date	Displays the staff member’s termination date.
Staff ID	Displays the staff member’s staff identification number.
Staff Email Address	Displays the staff member’s email address.
Ethnicity	Displays the staff member’s ethnicity.
Primary Language	Displays the staff member’s primary language.
