Staff Address List Report

Description: This report displays the address and contact information of all staff members matching the selected filters. The report includes their names, addresses, phone numbers and statuses in the system.

Use: This report can be used to quickly locate the contact information of a staff member.

Limitations: N/A

This report can be filtered by:

Field	Description
Company	Use this dropdown to select the company.
Location	Use this dropdown to select the location.
County	Use this dropdown to select the admission type.
Team	Use this dropdown to select the team.
Staff Status	Use this dropdown to select the payor.
Staff Type	Use this dropdown to select the manager.

Each column of the report displays:

Field	Description
Name	Displays the staff member’s name.
ID	Displays the staff member’s ID number.
Status	Displays the staff member’s status.
Position	Displays the staff member’s title.
Team	Displays the staff member’s associated team.
Address	Displays the staff member’s address.
County	Displays the staff member’s county.
Phone	Displays the staff member’s phone number.
