Non-Working Active Employee Report

Description: This report displays a list of active staff members that are not currently working.

Use: This report can be used by the agency to review time passed since the last date worked of non-working active employees.

Limitations: N/A

This report can be filtered by:

Field	Description
Company	The selected company.
Location	The selected location.
Staff	Staff member by name (last name, first name). When a partial name is entered the report displays results that begin with the entered characters.
Staff Type	The selected staff type.
Team	The selected team.
Coordinator	The selected coordinator.
Position	The selected staff position.
Date From	The first date of a selected range of dates.
Date To	The last date of a selected range of dates.

Each column of the report displays:

Field	Description
Coordinator	The coordinator's name (last, first) and number.
Staff Name	The staff member's name (last, first).
Staff Agency ID	The staff member's agency ID number.
Position	The staff member's position.
Address	The staff member's primary address.
Phone #s	Phone numbers on record for the staff member.
Hire Date	The staff member's hire date.
Last Date Worked	The staff member's last date worked.
Next Scheduled Date	The staff member's next scheduled date.
Total	The total number of employees for the coordinator.
Grand Total	The total number of employees on the entire report.
