Unduplicated Census Report

Description: This report displays a list of discrete clients who were admitted within the selected date range. Regardless of the number of times a client is admitted, they will only appear once in the total client count. Client, SSN, Admissions and Age fields are listed for each client.

Use: This report is a statistical count used for state reporting. Medicare certified agencies can also use this report for certification audits.

Limitations: N/A

This report can be filtered by:

Field	Description
Company	The selected company.
Location	The selected location.
Admit Type	The selected admission type.
Team	The selected team.
Date From	The starting date in a range.
Date To	The ending date in a range.

This report can be sorted by:

Field	Description
Client Name	Sorts the report by client name in ascending or descending order. Blank if unknown.

Each column of the report displays:

Field	Description
Client	The client’s name.
SSN	The client’s Social Security Number.
Admissions	The number of client admissions.
Age	The client’s age.
Total Clients	The total number of clients.
Total Admissions	The total number of admissions.
Average Age	The average age of all clients.
