Client Search Report

Description: This report displays a list of all clients matching the selected filters. The report includes the client’s name, chart ID number and start and end of care dates.

Use: This report can be used to quickly reference all clients matching the criteria selected using the filters.

Limitations: N/A

This report can be filtered by:

Field	Description
Company	Use this dropdown to select the company.
Location	Use this dropdown to select the location.
Admit Type	Use this dropdown to select the admission type.
Team	Use this dropdown to select the team.
Client Status	Use this dropdown to select the client status.
Referral Source	Use this dropdown to select the referral source.

Each column of the report displays:

Field	Description
Name	Displays the client’s name.
Chart ID	Displays the client’s chart ID number.
Status	Displays the client’s status.
As Of	Displays the client’s most recent date of activity.
ROC	Displays the client’s resumption of care date.
SOC	Displays the client’s start of care date.
EOC	Displays the client’s end of care date.
Other ID	Displays the client’s other ID number.
Referrer	Displays the client’s referrer.
