Client List - With Last Scheduled Date Report

Description: This report displays a list of clients along with their last scheduled visit.

Use: This report can be used by staff or the agency to view a list of clients and important dates.

Limitations: N/A

This report can be filtered by:

Field	Description
Company	The selected company.
Location	The selected location.
Team	The selected team.
Admit Type	The code for the client's admission.
Staff Manager	The selected staff manager.
Coordinator	The selected coordinator.

Each column of the report displays:

Field	Description
Name	The client's name (last, first).
Chart ID	The client's Chart ID number.
Team	The client's team.
ROC	The client's referral of care date.
SOC	The client's start of care date.
Last Scheduled	The client's last scheduled visit.
Status	The client's status.
Perm Schedule	Indicates if the client has a permanent schedule.
