Client Insurances Report

Description: This report displays a list of clients and their insurance providers based on options selected in the filters. This report includes client admission and insurance information.

Use: This report can be used to quickly reference client insurance providers in different situations based on the filters used.

This report can be filtered by:

Field	Description
Company	Use this dropdown to select the company.
Location	Use this dropdown to select the location.
Team	Use this dropdown to select the team.
Admit Type	Use this dropdown to select the admission type.
Client Status	Use this dropdown to select the client status.
Staff Manager	Use this dropdown to select the staff manager.
Coordinator	Use this dropdown to select the coordinator.

Each column of the report displays:

Field	Description
Admission Range	Displays the client matching the admission range.
Type	Displays the type of insurance.
Primary	Displays the client’s primary insurance provider.
Ins. No.	Displays the primary provider’s insurance number.
Secondary	Displays the client’s secondary insurance provider.
Ins. No.	Displays the secondary provider’s insurance number.
Tertiary	Displays the client’s tertiary insurance provider.
Ins. No.	Displays the tertiary provider’s insurance number.
