Client Folders Report
Description: This report displays a list of clients by the selected filter. Name, Chart ID, Payor, Physician, Manager, Team, Referral of Care and Start of Care fields are listed for each client.
Use: This report can be used by the agency to view clients grouped by the selected current primary status, e.g. Payor or Manager.
