Payor List Report

Description: This report displays the list of payors in the system. The report includes the payor’s name and address.

Use: This report can be used to quickly reference payors in the system as well as their contact information.

Limitations: N/A

This report can be filtered by:

Field	Description
Payor	Use this dropdown to select the payor.

Each column of the report displays:

Field	Description
Payor Name	Displays the payor name.
Address	Displays the payor’s address.
