Activity Report Summary

Description: This report displays a list of all billable services and visits sorted under event code.

Use: This report can be used by accounting to view a summary of paid services and visits.

Limitations: N/A

This report can be filtered by:

Field	Description
Company	The selected company.
Location	The selected location.
Admit Type	The selected admission type.
Team	The selected team.
Staff	The selected staff member.
Payor	The selected payer.
Date From	The starting date in the selected date range.
Date To	The ending date in the selected date range.

Each column of the report displays:

Field	Description
Service	The service code.
Clients	The number of clients for receiving each service.
Events	The number of times each service was performed.
Hours	The total hours of each service.
Units	The total units for each service.
Visits	The number of visits associated with the service.
Per Diem	The per diem paid out for the associated service.
Supplies	The cost of any supplies associated with the service.
Charges	The total charges associated with the service.
Copays	The copays associated with the service.
Total	The total amounts for each service.
Report Totals	The total amounts for the entire report.
