Sandata Agency Management 08-Export CAHPS Survey Information

To export completed surveys for CAHPS usage:

  1. Go to Main Menu > Client > Exports > CAHPS Survey.

  2. Use the search filters to locate the desired surveys.

  3. Click Export.
