To add a new diagnosis to a Client’s profile:

  1. Go to the Client Search window under Main Menu > Client.

  2. Locate and double click on the Client using the search filters.

  3. Select Diagnosis.

  4. Next, select the Add icon.

  5. Enter the diagnosis information.

  6. Select the Save button.

To view a diagnosis on a Client’s profile:

  1. Go to the Client Search window under Main Menu > Client.

  2. Locate and double click on the Client using the search filters.

  3. Select Diagnosis.

  4. Then double click on the diagnosis to be viewed.

To update or correct a diagnosis on a Client’s profile:

  1. Go to the Client Search window under Main Menu > Client.

  2. Locate and double click on the Client using the search filters.

  3. Select Diagnosis.

  4. Double click on the diagnosis to be viewed.

  5. Update the diagnosis information.

  6. Select the Save button.

To remove an invalid or cured diagnosis from a Client’s profile:

  1. Go to the Client Search window under Main Menu > Client.

  2. Locate and double click on the Client using the search filters.

  3. Select Diagnosis.

  4. Next, double click on the diagnosis to be viewed.

  5. Select Delete.

  6. Select the OK button.
