Sandata Agency Management 02-Client Profile Window 14-Goals

To add a new goal to a Client’s profile:

1. Go to the Client Search window under Main Menu > Client.

2. Locate and double click on the Client using the search filters.

3. Select Goals.

4. Select the Add icon to add a new goal.

   

5. Enter the goal details on the Goals Window.

6. Select the Save button.

   

To edit or make a change to a Client’s existing goal:

1. Go to the Client Search window under Main Menu > Client.

2. Locate and double click on the Client using the search filters.

3. Select Goals.

4. Double click on the goal to edit.

   

5. Make the changes to the goal as needed.

6. Select the Save button.

   

Although it is not required, if a goal is accomplished it can be removed from the Client’s profile.

To remove a completed or invalid goal from a Client’s profile:

1. Go to the Client Search window under Main Menu > Client.

2. Locate and double click on the Client using the search filters.

3. Next, select Goals.

4. Double click on the goal to be removed.

   

5. Select Delete.

   

6. Next, select the Yes button.

   The goal is removed from the Client’s profile.
